Exploring Creativity - A Symposium

Why our human creativity is vital - especially in an AI world.

Sunday, 2nd August
11am - 3:30pm
Aldeburgh Beach Lookout and Art House

Guest speakers

CHARLIE KELLY

Charlie is a researcher and teacher specialising in the intersection of consciousness, philosophy, and psychology. With an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology, he explores how intentional shifts in awareness, including those facilitated by psychedelics, alter human traits and behavioural patterns. His work integrates rigorous study with practical application, drawing on decades of experience in philosophical inquiry and hypnotherapy to examine how changing our state of consciousness can serve as a catalyst for meaningful psychological transformation.

NICOLA MARTIN

Nicola helps people unlock better ideas by changing how they think and how they show up. She has an MSc in Rational Emotive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has spent many years coaching leaders and individuals on mindset and communication. In this session, Nicola will show you simple ways to use your thoughts and body language to get unstuck and think more creatively fast. Expect practical tools, not theory.
