The Lookout with its spiral staircase is one of Aldeburgh’s most iconic buildings. It stands close to the centre of this pretty seaside town, famous worldwide for its cultural legacy, yet it’s double door open onto the beach and to the sea.

View along Crag Path

We often have lunch on the beach.

Many people walk along Crag Path providing excellent passing trade.

The Lookout has three floors. The Art Cottage has two bedrooms: one double with ensuite shower and one single with large shower room, plus lovely sitting room overlooking the sea hung with pictures and lined with art books, plus openplan kitchen/beach room opening up to Crag Path.
